Brewed in Australia's oldest operating brewery, Cascade Stout is made rich roasted barley and Cascade's unique traditional yeast strain. This stout is a favourite amongst brewers at Cascade because of its toffee and caramel notes. Brewed with Australian pale malt and roasted barley, fermented with Cascade's yeast strain and hopped with the Pride of Ringwood hops.
