COVID-19 Implications:

We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives within the expected time frame, however COVID-19 may impact your delivery timeframes from time to time. 

Order Limits:

The following quantity limits apply to all Asahi Drinks Cart orders:

  • 10 cases of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits.*
  • 3 bottles of spirits.
  • or a combination of 6 cases and 3 bottles of spirits.
  • Up to 20 cases can be purchased (Non-Alcoholic beverages after the above case limits have been reached).
  • *For larger orders (6 or more cases) sent via Wine eParcel, please allow for spilt deliveries - Refer to the tracking numbers provided for more information.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

Asahi Drinks Cart partners with Australia Post to facilitate delivery to the majority of locations within Australia.

For those who live in metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney or Perth – we are able to offer On Demand business day deliveries where:

  • Melbourne & Perth - On Demand Business Day Delivery Options
    • Today (orders placed before 12pm) - Evening (6pm - 9pm) - Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered between 6pm - 9pm that day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be delivered between 6pm - 9pm the following day (Ordering before 12 does not guarantee same day shipping as unexpected issues can arise).
    • Next Business Day - Afternoon (1pm - 5pm) Orders placed any time 1 business day before required, will be eligible to receive Afternoon delivery the next business day. Orders placed with this service will typically be delivered between 1pm - 5pm.
    • Next Business Day - Evening (6pm - 9pm) Orders placed any time 1 business day before required, will be eligible to receive Evening delivery the next business day. Orders placed with this service will typically be delivered between 6pm - 9pm
  • Sydney - On Demand Business Day Delivery Options
    • Next Business Day - Afternoon (1pm - 5pm) Orders placed any time 1 business day before required, will be eligible to receive Afternoon delivery the next business day. Orders placed with this service will typically be delivered between 1pm - 5pm.
    • Next Business Day - Evening (6pm - 9pm) Orders placed any time 1 business day before required, will be eligible to receive Evening delivery the next business day. Orders placed with this service will typically be delivered between 6pm - 9pm

For all On Demand deliveries:

  • Australia Post will provide tracking updates via SMS. This includes an SMS to let you know when you’re driver is on their way so you will know when you need to be home.
  • Australia Post require proof of age upon receipt. This means that a person 18 years or older must be present to receive the order. If your order is delivered same or next day, you will personally need to be present and show ID upon delivery.

For our Monthly FREE Delivery option and all areas outside of metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Perth (in all states, including all regional areas), we offer Wine eParcel Delivery and all orders are delivered between 3 - 10 Business Day's from order placement* depending on your specific location.

In general, order's can be placed at any time however we only deliver on week days and deliveries can only occur:

  • Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on any day other than Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Anzac Day or Christmas Day.
  • Between 12 noon and 6 p.m. on Anzac Day (unless it falls on a Saturday or a Sunday).
  • No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

Contactless Delivery:

Australia Post provide contactless delivery. Upon arrival our delivery partner will:

  • Knock and then step back, ensuring a 2-metre distance is in place always (or as far as possible in safety)
  • Request your name, visually check age ID from a safe distance and check you are sober
  • Print your name on the consignment note, as signatures are no longer mandatory
  • Deliver to an agreed location outside of the residence or we will deliver inside the door only. (We will not proceed any further than to have the goods safely inside and allowing the door to operate)
