The malty mid-palate of Cascade Bitter is crisply balanced by an extra charge of hops adding increased floral flavour and aroma to this classic Tasmanian full flavoured bitter beer. Light gold colour with aromas of hay and sweet malt. Bitter is full bodied, light on the palate with a dry clean bitterness.
